About this session
Diversity is a critical component of organizational success and it manifests in the talent we hire, in the technology we build, and in the future we create. Many global organizations are prioritizing the focus on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). During this session we will discuss different aspects of DEI, the practices and norms progressive organizations are adopting to support their DEI goals, and the significant impact diversity has on bottom line and on the society at large.
